# The interesting Indian AI problems are not in a paper. They are in a museum in Nagapattinam.

We build AI that has to work in Tamil, on a hospital's own hardware, for users who have never used software before.

## 01 · Why here

You ship to real users fast. Our deployments sit in public institutions and working hospitals, so what you build gets used within weeks and you hear about it when it breaks.

The problems are genuinely unsolved. Indic speech, code-switched language, document AI for handwritten registers, on-premise serving under real hardware constraints, egocentric data at scale. No SDK is waiting for you.

You own the whole path: design, deploy, operate, hand over. Nobody here throws work over a wall.

## 02 · How we hire

An application, a conversation about your work, a practical exercise related to the actual job, and a conversation with the team you would join. Four steps, no algorithm trivia, no six rounds. Every role page carries its compensation range, because negotiating from asymmetry is a bad way to start a relationship.
