# Everyone else sells you one app. We give you the shelf.

Nine applications on one subscription. Invoicing, accounts, dictation, voice generation, screen recording, deployment, internal tools, a knowledge assistant and a career agent. We keep adding to the shelf and your subscription stays where it is.

## § 01 · Why this exists

### Software pricing is broken and everyone knows it.

Invoicing has its own monthly fee. So does the screen recorder. Transcription is metered by the minute. The internal-tools builder charges by the seat. A three-person business can easily pay more for software than for the desks it sits at.

Each of those products does one thing. Each of them prices as though it were the only one you needed.

We took the other position. One subscription covers the whole catalogue, and applications get added without the subscription moving. It works because we run them on infrastructure we control and build them ourselves instead of reselling a licence with a margin on top.

## § 02 · The applications

**Slate**
handles invoicing and billing. Invoices, estimates, recurring billing, expense tracking, multi-company support and a client portal. GST-aware, so Indian businesses are not fighting the software about tax.

**Ledger**
does books and reconciliation. Time tracking, automatic bank-transaction matching, a document vault and a live financial picture. Built for people who do their own books and would rather not.

**Quill**
is dictation. Speech to text running on your own machine, with no upload, no per-minute meter and no monthly word cap. It handles Indian accents and code-switched English, which most dictation software fails at quietly.

**Timbre**
does voice. Text to speech at roughly six times real time on CPU, with no GPU needed. Voice cloning from a short clip. Cross-lingual output, so a voice recorded in English speaks Hindi and still sounds like the same person.

**Kino**
records your screen. Cursor-follow zoom, click-triggered auto-zoom, annotations, face-cam overlay, captions generated on the machine, and export to MP4, WebM or GIF.

**Vessel**
handles deployment. Git push to deploy your applications, databases and Docker stacks onto your own servers, with TLS, backups, logs, role-based access and a terminal.

**Forge**
builds internal tools. Drag together dashboards and internal apps with connectors to your databases, APIs and the software you already run. The thing your ops team keeps asking engineering for.

**Mosaic**
is the knowledge layer. It indexes your email, meetings, notes and chat into a private graph, then answers from it and acts on it. Everything stays on your machine.

**Ladder**
works on your career. It scans listings, scores them against your real profile rather than keyword-matching a CV, drafts tailored applications and tracks the pipeline.

## § 03 · How it is sold

One subscription for individuals. A team plan with shared workspaces and admin controls. A self-hosted option that puts the whole suite on your own servers with unlimited users, where your data never touches ours.

No per-seat charges on the individual plan. No metering. No features held back to force an upgrade. New applications reach every plan on the same day.

## § 04 · Why we can do this

Three structural reasons.

We build the applications instead of reselling them, so no upstream licence eats the margin. They share one infrastructure layer, so the tenth application costs almost nothing more to run than the ninth. And the suite sits on the same stack as our enterprise deployments, which means the consumer tier is carried by engineering that enterprise customers already fund.

Adding to the shelf is cheap for us. That is why the offer holds.

## § 05 · Ask for what is missing

If there is an application you want on the shelf, tell us. Usually we will build it.
