Marxen PlatformsSkilling
Learn it, then prove it.
Koushalam is a vocational learning platform built on top of India's national skilling framework rather than beside it. It teaches, drills and evidences a trainee's competence against the government's own standards.

01
Voice first, in three languages.
English, Hindi and Tamil, on the entry-level Android phones trainees actually hold. A tutor that speaks, listens and answers, grounded in the national occupational standards for the qualification pack being studied.
02
Practice that holds.
Study modules per standard, spaced repetition, a trade vocabulary lab, timed mock assessments tagged to competencies, practical video submission against an assessor's rubric, an oral viva, and a readiness score that weighs all of it.
03
For the training partner.
Batches and candidates, engagement measured rather than self-reported, early flags on candidates falling behind, attendance tied to location, and the compliance pack an audit asks for.
04
For the employer.
Postings tagged to the qualification pack, search that does not expose personal data, and a pipeline.
05
What it does not do.
It does not run the official assessment and it does not award the certificate. NCVET and the sector skill councils do that. Koushalam's job is to make a candidate worth certifying, and it augments the government's systems rather than competing with them.

training content nobody can read, and completion rates nobody wants to publish.
Built in India. For the people actually using it.
